Attitude to changes as a resource for students' involvement in the modern educational space

Современное образовательное пространство динамично, что требует от студентов способностей быстро приспосабливаться к происходящим преобразованиям. Актуальность статьи обусловлена тем, психологические качества, во многом определяющие отношение человека изменениям и являющиеся ресурсом вовлеченности в условиях неопределенности (ригидность, толерантность неопределенности, готовность инновационной деятельности, мотивация достижения) Дальневосточных вузов, изучены недостаточно. На основе проведенного эмпирического исследования на базе Амурского государственного университета Дальневосточного федерального показано, у значительной части обоих учебных заведений умеренно выражены актуальная установочная ригидность, присутствует умеренное эмоциональное непринятие новизны. Студенты большинстве своем проявляют но обучающиеся регионального вуза большей степени ориентированы правила нормы. К деятельности среднем выше среднего уровнях готовы практически все обучающиеся, однако изменениям. Около половины респондентов мотивированы достижение успеха. Полученные результаты позволяют сделать вывод, большинство целом положительно относятся изменениям, различия между студентами вузов по рассматриваемым параметрам минимальны. The modern educational space is dynamic, which requires students to be able adopt quickly the ongoing transformations. relevance of article due fact that psychological qualities largely determine a person's attitude change and are resource involvement in conditions uncertainty (rigidity, tolerance uncertainty, readiness for innovation, motivation success) Far Eastern universities have not been sufficiently studied. On basis an empirical study conducted on Amur State University Federal University, it was shown significant part both institutions moderately expressed actual attitudinal rigidity, there moderate emotional rejection novelty. Most show but regional university more oriented towards rules norms. Almost all ready innovative activities at middle above average levels, however, willing changes. About half respondents motivated achieve success. results obtained allow us conclude majority students, general, positive changes, differences between federal parameters under consideration minimal. intended employees higher education system, heads organizations, researchers.
